The ArcheAge Unchained Incompetence Continues

This game (and the ex-Trion staff handling it) is now officially a running joke.  EU-Halnaak crashed during the weekend and was offline for several hours.  EU-Belstrom’s auction house was not delivering gold from sell transactions over the weekend; it’s auction house as well as the entire server, needed to be taken offline (and they have no ETA how long it will be offline).

Glyph continues to have these periods of showing the NA servers as being offline (under maintenance).  And they are still trying to figure out the entire Diligence coin grant for the first week (where some folks received multiple grants while others did not; and others like myself who hadn’t yet tried to claim it from their site before they took it down) while we’re heading into week 2 of the ArchePass being offline.

What players are witnessing is the exploding parts problem when an incompetent team fails to properly validate builds with significant game changing mechanics, fails to run a proper alpha/beta testing phase (what we’re playing through on the live production environment is what should actually be a closed beta test) and rushing the game to launch as a result.

Gamigo needs to start offering players unconditional refunds already to anyone who wants one (I will gladly take it because these folks do not deserve any money for this trash) due to all of these problems and their incompetence in handling these multitude of issues.
