ArenaNet released a trailer previewing the upcoming 2nd episode of the Icebrood Saga, Shadow in the Ice.
Rather than adding a new zone, the Bjora Marches map will be doubled in size. As I mentioned in my short overview of my play through of the first chapter, the zone was fairly small. Doubling it in size makes sense (it will still be relatively small compared to most zones so I’m presuming this is how they’ll be handling this map for maybe several more episodes). Additional mastery track tiers are being added, a new strike mission, new map events, Raven Shaman armor set, and Drakkar (the dragon that was trapped under the frozen lake in Guild Wars 1) as a world boss.
The episode goes live on January 28th.
