Keeping this uncharacteristically short (short for me).
IMHO, employees at Blizzard Entertainment need to start leaving the company in droves (where that drain on experienced personnel, translates into the inability to deliver franchise products on time). Anyone who is remotely talented at their craft, will be picked up elsewhere (though the video game industry has this systemic issue, the situation at Activision Blizzard is far worse because you have one of the worst bloodsucking leeches at the top of the chain with Kotick). The board of directors are standing by this greedy ethically challenged liar; which means the culture of the entire company will never change (because the problem starts at the very top).
It’s an abusive relationship at this point (the company has the resources to run the clock on employees who stick around expecting to get one of their biggest demands fulfilled; that is for Kotick to resign, something the board of directors aren’t even looking at given the statement of support they gave). All I know is the combined company is never getting a dime from me (meaning the Diablo franchise is dead to me) so long as Kotick remains attached to it.
