I used the live chat option to cancel my Reaper of Souls Digital Deluxe pre-order. Others have had success using the call back option as well. Both take less than 5 minutes to complete.
P.S. why pre-order a digital only version in the first place? Well it sends a signal that you basically like what you see (entails some level of trust by the consumer). From a business perspective, it gives them actual hard numbers to work with (and especially with digital, there is no fixed inventory costs and physical distribution logistics to deal with).
One month ago when I pre-ordered, I was cautiously optimistic. My previous wall of text should explain the change of heart. The last thing the bean counters in accounting want to see is cancelled digital pre-orders.
