The last time I accessed and posted on the Battle.net forums, the access to the site was horrendously slow. And the above tweet has been a common occurrence for several weeks prior where they later post the issue has been resolved, only to have the same problem return shortly after.
I said it a long time ago but they need to fire their entire web development and design team (one of the most incompetent teams I’ve ever seen around managing a companies main web presence). The entire Blizzard/Battle.net site (circa 2011) utilizes outdated technology (not even mobile friendly in this day and age) and requires not just a complete overhaul on the user facing end, but also the backend tech.
