This is one of the changes I am looking forward to in 2.3. The Hellfire Event is one of the few things that one can do outside of the bounties/rifts meta the designers have forced funneled players into (and as noted many times, I don’t care for doing Greater Rifts over and over again).
Before I stopped playing again back in May, one of the last things I did was keywarden runs to collect keys. The process wasn’t exactly fun since keys still had only a 50% chance to drop at T6. Organ drop rates from actually doing ubers were at least 100% at T6 though but you need a lot of keys (4 of each key to craft an IM for each of the 4 different realm portals) since the crafting results are subject to the usual wild RNG.
The unknown is the drop rate chance of the Infernal Machines from the wardens (probably tied to the new Torment difficulties) and which specific IM’s each of them will drop.
