More so all the replies in this tweet since the player he is tweeting to has been botting (for high Paragons) and using the Turbo HUD overlay. Plus this same player was rolled back for being one of those who used the blood shard exploit.
Note that the development teams at Blizzard tend to follow/watch many of the streamers that have a large viewer count (as a way to see how the game plays at its limits). Thus ignorance of what certain players engage in isn’t going to fly because someone at Blizzard would know (and talk about it water cooler style).
And people wonder WHY I’ve had so much issues with the designer bullshit speak these folks keep vomiting out when it comes to their design philosophies and rationale. Too often out of touch and 10 steps behind what is actually happening with their own game and community.
