Overwatch’s business model will be officially announced at BlizzCon 2015. However, details have already been leaked out about what some of those details likely will be. Given this is right before BlizzCon, and Blizzard marketing has a history of intentionally planting teasers and leaks, I would guess this one is also intentional.
The game won’t be free 2 play as someone was able to pre-purchase something called Overwatch: Origins Edition for $40 from a Gamestop (the customer received a code that was redeemable on Battle.net
And unsurprisingly (based on previous datamining + the more than likely intentional meta description teaser), PS4 and Xbox One versions will also be available.

There will likely be some type of collectors edition as well as the usual digital only versions.
This likely means that a Diablo III expansion announcement will be taking place sometime within the first 3 months of 2016. My best guess is at one of the gaming conventions happening around that time; either PAX South in January or PAX East in March with a launch for sometime in the 2nd half of 2016 (this was my guess before).
Update: The base game costs $40 and does not come with the digital extras that are in the Origins Edition. The Collector’s Edition includes a statue of the hero 76 along with the soundtrack and an art book. Blizzard is being very vague though about their entire business model for the game when it comes to future heroes (will they be unlockable by earning them in-game or paywall in the future). The question was deflected to where they mentioned they feel the 21 heroes are what they want to focus on for the time being.
