I am so glad that I am only casually into ArcheAge (and have/will never subscribe for Patron) but I do sympathize with those players who enjoy it and have to put up with this incompetence of the publisher.
The following also hits home since they never did award the mounts for the Devilian caption contest, never did send out the Morbid tokens for anyone that participated in the 6.0 PTS, etc…
