June 27th @ $14.99 (so they are indeed looking to book some upfront revenue for their fiscal 2nd quarter which closes on June 30th).
This is $10 lower than I originally expected them to price it and since it is coming in below the $19.99 price I mentioned, they are indeed shooting for those sitting on the fence.
