Updated information about the event.
There’s some really good rewards associated with this level up event… looks like it is alt time for the next month.
With the updated clarification of some previously vague information, the rewards aren’t as good as I thought they were (the +12 enchantment scroll can only be used on gear that can be awakened like Visionmaker and it is only one Elite Status voucher per account). I will still level up some alts for the Fashion coupons, gems, and Circlet Fragments though.
