Thank you to MassivelyOP for offering up visibility about this. My main concern was to at least have a major MMO site report it in order to provide potential purchasers of the game more clarity so that they can at least make an informed decision on whether or not they want to put their money into a game that may potentially not have much future content designed for it (I was hoping that PLAYWITH themselves would address it but I do understand they are heading into crunch time prepping for early access launch).
Note: In light of all this, I still do plan to purchase and play the game (it’s a reasonable price point including the DLC package) because it has enough content to last for several months. ELOA also has never had the breadth of technical issues that plagued Bless Online for example and players who didn’t mind the games isometric camera and anime inspired cast of characters, generally found it fun to play.
UPDATE(S): Besides coddling their ambassadors, this company has done a lousy job with interacting with everyone else (they’ve failed to pass my test).
Also, thank you to MMOs.com for also editorializing the Korean closure. Unsurprising, the larger MMO sites have proven useless (again) with reporting this.
