Barunson E&A began sending out e-mails regarding the launch date for the first closed beta test.
As noted, they will be holding various key giveaways for the CBT but are also using this as marketing for their pre-order packs (where the middle and high end tier provide guaranteed access to CBT1; the highest tier provides guaranteed access to both CBT’s). Astellia Online (F2P in Korea) is being released as a B2P title in the west (the pre-order packs includes the price of the base game).
As of this moment, I am NOT convinced this will fare any better than other F2P Korean releases that have been launched as B2P in the west where both Bless Online and Warlords Awakening are closing.
