Tried streaming the leveling from the beginning on Twitch but the FPS lag was terrible where I could barely play. So I just local recorded up to level 12 and tried streaming play on YouTube after hitting the pegasus quest to Velika (where I thought I had disconnected when the transit flight took way longer due to server side lag).
Leveling from 16-21 via the mainline quest. I will probably farm a few levels doing the Vanguard Initiative BAM quests in this zone.
