Servers are planned to go live around 11AM UTC on November 7th. That is 1AM Alaska/Hawaii, 3AM Pacific, 5AM Central, 6AM Eastern, Noon CET, 7PM Singapore, 8PM in Japan, 10PM in Australia, Midnight (November 8th) in New Zealand.
There will be 2 servers for the Americas (America 1 and America 2), 2 servers for Europe (Europe 1 and Europe 2), and 1 server for Southeast Asia. Those who intend to play together (such as in the same guild) will need to coordinate which server to play on.
Gold Frontier Packs can be upgraded to Platinum and the items will come in a crate that can be opened on any character (some players want to get the cosmetic rewards on the 5th class that will be released later). The countdown timer on the Frontier Pack page shows how much time is remaining to buy them.
Note that players from Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) will be region locked to the Americas realm. I posted the reason why ANZ players are usually placed in NA (if they do not have their own self-contained realm) on Webzen’s forum.
