Enabling the event requires a server/client patch from Bluehole Ginno so this will be telling.
UPDATE: thanks to N3rdix for asking and receiving a response from Trion Worlds.
This unfortunately dovetails with information (months ago) from Korean sources that there is little remaining of any team at Bluehole Ginno to deal with Devilian. I don’t know how Trion Worlds will deal with this title heading into 2018 since MU Legend will now surely impact this game without some kind of meaningful content update (since the last one back in May). If they couldn’t even get something like this enabled, it’s reasonable to presume that even a cut/paste update isn’t in the cards.
