It’s a general update on the feedback they received from CBT1 and the changes they’ve implemented to some game systems and mechanics for the next CBT (which they did not specify any date for). They also acknowledged the lack of any news for awhile now after CBT1 ended nearly an year ago.
There should be a properly translated version of this CM’s post on one of the MMO sites soon.
But one of the key things mentioned was changes to the combat. That is something I mentioned about before during my limited play time during CBT1 where players expecting ARPG style combat, was going to experience controls that may not feel right to them.
