Hellsangel: also some of you so withdrawn [sic] from the real world you act as if your GS makes you a bad ass I’ll stick to potato’s.
As I’ve written many times before on this blog, I’m normally not an MMO player (even in ArcheAge, I solo as much as possible and only party up with friends). What I’ve learned is there are many who fit the above quote where they no-life the game and/or pay way too much money to grow the numbers in a database.
That’s why in ArcheAge, I prefer the F2P nomadic style since why the hell would I want to replicate real life things like owning property and paying taxes on them in a game? The dailies routine in most MMO’s are one of the most mindnumbing things around; like being a hamster on a treadmill trying to get at the meager reward. In most of these kind of games, I only do the ones I enjoy.
I soloed to 55 through a combination of completing the east/west quests, burning labor during XP events, and eventually running the Ayanad Library dailies. I was able to build my farm cart that way and am fine being a potato in this game.
