All I can say is Trion World’s is really dense. They are taking communication literally when it comes to posting status updates that offer no real details at all.
The whole point of “fresh start” has gone completely over their heads when this entire fiasco has continued for well over a week.
I don’t have a stake in this either way because I do not play ArcheAge seriously at all. What I do despise is the sheer level of incompetence which led to them releasing the way they did and how they’ve managed things over the past 1+ week.
