I know plenty of players do not care for their class Devilian form and thus do not care for Devilian form PvP. Myself, I absolutely have fun doing 20 vs 20 Devilian form PvP (and that is coming from someone who normally does not care about PvP in this genre). Devilian form is relatively balanced though because that is what this alternative form was originally designed for. It also helps that the Cannoneer’s Devilian form is actually fun to play (at least as far as I’m concerned).
20 vs 20 level 52 raw on the otherhand is ridiculous depending on what classes are grouped together (Evokers are currently way too OP for non-normalized PvP). It isn’t that much different with normalized 20 vs 20. I haven’t done any of the 3 vs 3 yet so I cannot really comment on that.
The only thing with 20 vs 20 is the queue times. I’m sometimes in queue for 15+minutes and have to cancel out to do something else. Then when I queue again, a match is already ongoing and I join in to an arena that is already in progress (so I lose out on PvP kills not being in the arena from the start). You do get points and rewards based on your placement within your respective team so that’s something I hope is addressed.
