The drop rates for organs (to make the Hellfire Ring/Amulet) were increased for Torment difficulties with Torment VI having a 100% drop rate.
This is a good thing since the previous 50% rate at T6, was just awful to where Ubers was just not worthwhile even doing. For one, you had to farm up 4 keys (which still have a 50% drop rate at T6) to make the 4 portals. And even during those times when an organ did drop, the results of the crafting were usually bad (thank you RNG).
