6 set bonus increases the weapon damage to 2000% over 5 seconds when an enemy that is killed by fire damage explodes sets fire to nearby enemies. The other bonuses remain the same. Still underwhelming where I can’t see using it if this is what they plan to release for the patch.
There is also datamined info about a new legendary wand that removes the cooldown of Teleport and gives it a flat 25 AP cost. Something like this is what would pique my interest sine it provides much needed mobility outside of combat (within combat, I utilize the Illusionist passive since higher Torment levels are guaranteed to proc the passive continuously).
To be even more blunt, what would garner a lot of interest, is having something like the old Critical Mass passive, but unlike the old passive, be a property that works similar to the witch doctors Grave Injustice passive (where the cooldown of all skills is reduced by 1 second for enemies killed within a certain range). Unlike Grave Injustice, it would not have an effect on life and AP nor have its range extended by pickup radius. Instead (since the wizard is supposed to be a master of the elements), the elemental damage of all skill runes would be supplemented by the elemental damage on ones gear (thus if the player had 90% fire damage for example and one was using Frozen Orb, that 90% fire damage would be seen as 90% cold damage).
That sort of game changing build would make a 6-set piece worthwhile IMHO where the ability to reduce the cooldown of skills is based on the ability to take out as much enemies as possible and fits the theme of a wizard being able to manipulate time (cooldown) as well as the elements.
